It would be great to be able to search for members by area and get in contact with them. Anybody else like this idea?

 

Sounds like a great idea to me. It would definitely make it easier to network with local fellow motorers. :smile:

We should probably move this to site feedback or send to Ferguson. This is a great idea because not everyone from individual regions reads "their" region.

 

The other day, I suggested that our hometown location should be shown to the side of our posts along with our gear number, name, etc.

VW Vortex did this and I met a LOT of people just by noticing that they lived near me or somewhere that I frequented.

I bet we will get this feature soon enough. I know Mark is pretty busy, but I'm going to talk to him in the next couple days and will try to remember to mention it again.
