Hi - How do I upload my custom avatar?

 

Currently we have this featured turned off on the site. I hope to provide some additional services this Fall that will include this feature. Thanks!

I thought this was an OT question gone astray about personal communication with divine spirits via eastern religions. The notion of a custom avatar (the notion of an event such as an avatar being beyond my comprehension in the first place) challenged credulity. Yet mferguson's response assures that NAM is preparing its own link for the enlightenment of MINI/Mini-brethren. Can NAM succeed where ancient sects, hallowed institutions and NASA have failed to make progress? Will my laptop worthy?

 

Well it is almost Fall....any luck? How about just letting us link to them?

 

We're not ready yet to activate this as I'm in the middle of several other site-related efforts at the moment. I'll post more information when I'm ready to make this and other features available. Thanks for your patience!

If you do decide to turn this avatar feature on, please also turn on a feature that allows a viewer to turn off avatars from posters.

 

I'd like to vote for custom Av's as well. (And no, I'm not meaning any Eastern Religion type.)

Bradley99 - That option already exists - go to "Edit Options" in your CP, then at the bottom, under "Thread Display Options" UNCheck the box that says 'Show Avatars'.
