cannot post pics

When I go to my user CP it states that I do not have permission to post pics of my 2004 MCS. How can I post pics? Thanks.

Like all members of the forum, you don't have access to post a profile picture, but you do have access to post a picture in your signature or on the rest of the site in your posts.
