Site improvement?
I just noticed that new buttons were added at the top of each thread. [reply] and [subscribe].
The subscribe button is helpful. I can see where I would want to follow a thread without having something to post. The reply button at the top of the thread make no sense to me. This will encourage quick replies to posts based only on the title and not the content of the post or the comments that have been added to the conversation.
