The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
This happens all the time with and without the browser being open. The computer is not going to standby, power management is set to always on.

The Pulse works by reloading a specific URL every few minutes. Given the message you are seeing it appears that the browser can not find the site. This leads me to believe that your connectivity may be going up and down. When its down, even momentarily, and the Pulse window reruns the http request, the browser won't be able to get to the site and the error will result.
To test this theory just go to the NAM home page and keep hitting your browser's reload button. Keep doing this for about five minutes and if you can generate the same error it indicates that your connection has problems staying up 100%. This test isn't perfect as it requires that you issue a request at the right moment but hopefully it will assist in locating where the problem might be.
