[Mobile App] Constantly get logged out

[Mobile App] Constantly get logged out

I've been having a problem with the mobile app for the past 3-4 weeks. Whenever I launch the app, it says "Incorrect login attempt 1 of 5" and logs me out. If I log in, it will work until I close the app, after which I have to log in again. Anyone seeing similar issues?

I tried reinstalling the app, but that didn't fix anything.

It's the android app on a Galaxy Nexus if that matters.

When you start up the App, what is the version number on the lower right corner of the screen? What version OS are you running, did you update recently?

I couldn't find anything that's readily apparent in the settings so I pushed it up to IB for some more details. Found one report of another with a similar issue, so something may need adjusting before the next update.

App version is 1.3.15.1.

I'm running android 4.2.1. Now that you mention it, I think it started happening right after Jelly Bean came out.

I updated to android 4.2.2 last week and am still getting logged out every time I launch the app. Very annoying.

Happens to me all the time. Whenever I open the app, it says the app just crashed. Also, when I use the. Website mobile version, it rarely allows me to access the "new post".

Have you tried clearing your nam cookies from your phone? Reinstalling the app should resolve your issues.

I tried reinstalling the app (again) and still get the "incorrect login" message after exiting the app and relaunching.

The version number for the NAM Android app is 1.3.15.3. I’m using a Nexus 7 running Android 4.2.2.

Update to the latest 1.3.18 version and let us know if the login and image problems continue
