The issue is that the old system was based on a different software platform and therefore must be rebuilt from scratch. The data isn't the issue in the rebuild...time and other responsibilities (many of them site related) have been.

When we migrated to vBulletin last year the rating system had to be rewritten from scratch. While I've been working on it other site-related activities and family responsibilities have made it slow going. In the next few weeks I'll be working to upgrade the site to the latest version of vBulletin (we're now 8 versions behind). After upgrading, the latest version of vBulletin provides support for developing plug-in modules which should aid the development of the rating system and get it integrated more easily...and hopefully ease upgrades going forward. That said I hope to have it up and going as soon as possible after the migration.

Where is the Dealer Listings? NAM needs a Dealer Listings. Start one from scratch or start a forum for the same. Please read this entire thread, it is back to Jun 2004. What else can I say? Quit making excuses, just do it.

It will get done when I have more than 30 minutes in a span to do software development. I have been working on it recently but that combined with the calendar, events, and other development projects for the site always take more time than I expect. When it is released I think you'll be more than pleased with the new features I'm working in.

Didn't want to seem impatient but I'm going to get a 07 sometime next year and would like to read what NAM members think about the dealers in my area.
