Page #s at TOP of thread

I'd like to see the page numbers at the top of the thread, so you could navigate from the top of the post as well as the bottom of the post...

OK, something's weird here....
when I checked out DiD's suggested thread, I see the numbers,
but reading this thread those numbers aren't there!
