Not that its really any of my business and i have no idea how the pricing is worked out with the vendors so maybe this accounted for but its seems to me that the vendors who post regularly (with advertisements in their sigs) are getting free plugs compared to those who dont. They're also getting plugs in where the content is which seems like a much better deal. Doesnt seem fair to me, but maybe I dont know everything.

All vendors having an agreement with the site have the ability and opportunity to modify their sig files like everyone else on the site. Some vendors spend a fair amount of time on the site and have made use of this...others have not. If a vendor has an agreement in place it's purely their decision to utilize this avenue.

As a side note, if someone is using their signature to advertise products for sale and does not have an ad agreement in place or has not received permission using the sig in this fashion is prohibited.
