is there one or can we create one?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a database that compiled all the symptoms Mini Owners have experienced and the solution they found.
For example:
symptom - alignment, solution - strut tower enforcement

If there isn't such a database, wouldn't it be beneficial to compile one?
It will be like repair 'suggestion' guide.
I understand this won't be THE solution since same issue can be caused by multiple things but it will at least give owners some idea where to look or know general area before taking it to the mechanic.

If there is something like this, can anyone please point me to it?

thanks

Right now there isn't one, but you can search for common terms. The main problem with that is that vBulletin software currently has a crummy search feature. HOWEVER you can use Google to find what you are looking for. I actually think that's how we get most of our members

However, the new vBulletin software, which comes out shortly, has an updated search feature...so you'd be able to do a a search for "alignment" and find things related to it.
