I noticed that at least one of the sponsor banners is not showing up on the new site. This is the only site I visit that I WANT to see sponsor banners pop up!

 

It's not just sponsor banners. I've noticed a lot of pics missing from the gallery and, subsequently, from posts. Seems like it started about the same time you switched the site over from MCO to NAM.

 

Can you be a bit more specific on which banner you think is missing? Where you noticed in missing, etc? Also, for pictures in/from the gallery let me know where you saw this happening as well. As you can provide more details I can investigate further. Thanks!

I too noticed that sponsor banners were not being displayed. Here's the HTML code that is to display the banner.

Hope this helps in your quest to track down the problem. I remember this starting when the domain name change. Possibly something in the php code that renders the image that might use the domain name (via referrer??) to locate the correct ad image.

 

One thing I noticed is that the vendor banner is often the last item of the page to be loaded. Given this I suspect that the problems you may be experiencing are related to loading of the site during certain times of the day. Unfortunately I haven't been able to replicate the same problem here. Let me know if it continues to occur. Thanks!

OK...I'm confused. When you say you haven't seen the sponsor banner on the top since it was MCO do you mean that in a forum, you don't see a banner above the forum select drop down box? In your post below I see the CooperTuning.de banner. Thanks for any clarification you can provide (I'm a little slow at 6am :smile: )
