just wondering,

i've registered quite some time ago..

and still have the user privaledge issues and can't reply or edit my user CP etc.

i think it would be easier to just delete my accounts (i made 2 attempts to register thinking first was a fluke with my 2 main email accounts) and i'll ask a friend in the US to register for me and then i'll just use my account afterwards..

please let me know.. thanks
