I have listed and sold two items in the Marketplace and each time I placed the ad, I requested e-mails to be sent to me when someone replies to my ad. Each time I never received any e-mails. Is this feature actually working in the marketplace?

FYI - I listed an item for sale today in the 1st gen parts section and got 3 replies. Not one of them resulted in an e-mail being sent to me. If the responder didn't PM me, or if I didn't check the ad on my own, I wouldn't have known that there were comments posted.
One year later and this feature still doesn't work. Any moderators care to address this issue? Thanks!

It's been ticketed for some time...let me check in and see where we're at. I know there have been several issues with the Marketplace that have to do with the initial installation of it being "botched", for lack of a better term. The bigger issues I know were ironed out, but some of these smaller ones may still be hanging out there.

I just got an email that they're working on it, but still haven't resolved it. So this ticket seems to be going further than last time.
I know the marketplace is a plugin that makes it a whole different beast compared to the standard vBulletin software so it may take a little bit of time to get sorted. I'll keep you updated as things progress.

Well, I've got bad news.
Everything is set up as it should be, but no matter what we've tried, we have not been able to get an email successfully sent through.
I am really sorry, but I don't think we can fix this without a full upgrade, and that's not really feasible around here right now. :(
