why can't i launch the MCO Pulse?

I'm not sure why your button link is not working right.

So if you bookmark that you will get the MCO pulse directly at least until you get the regular method to work.

Do you have personal firewall/pop-up blocker software installed on your computer?

I have installed both on mine and since the MCO Pulse opens in a separate window, my software blocks it (of course it doesn't block all the damn pop-up ads I don't want).

I end up having to disable the firewall program, open the MCO Pulse, then enable the firewall program again. It's got a little icon down in the tray so it's easy to do, but it's a real pain.

I've done the same thing while at work or at home. i have to disable my pop-up blocker to get the Pulse to launch...
