why can't i launch the MCO Pulse?
>>i just got a new computer and now i can't lanch the MCO Pulse??
I'm not sure why your button link is not working right.
The link is
https://www.northamericanmotoring.com/pulse.php
So if you bookmark that you will get the MCO pulse directly at least until you get the regular method to work.
Cheers.

Do you have personal firewall/pop-up blocker software installed on your computer?
I have installed both on mine and since the MCO Pulse opens in a separate window, my software blocks it (of course it doesn't block all the damn pop-up ads I don't want).
I end up having to disable the firewall program, open the MCO Pulse, then enable the firewall program again. It's got a little icon down in the tray so it's easy to do, but it's a real pain.
