Explain the time of the posts
When I set up my account I chose the time zone I live in.
Does that in anyway effect the time of posts that are on the boards?
is the time on a post the time of day at that person's home or at my location?
and if my time is off, is it because of the day light savings time ?

I had the same problem, time was set correctly in my profile but all the posts were 1 hour ahead me (personal computer) by what the thier time stamps were showing. Mark fixed this at his end.
Yes....when we had the drive failure I accidently set the system time for the site software one hour off of Central time which is where the server "lives". After emagineer contacted me about the problem it was corrected. Unfortunately any posts made during that time before it was corrected will be off. If you are still having problems let me know what time zone you are in and I'll look into it further. Thanks!

Thanks! I can't remember when I noticed it, but I started to wonder if it is me. and I am in Central time zone - Texas! Then I thought, well we do have day light saving time... oh well, an odd thing solved!!
