Go to:
Features -> Links of Interest -> Competition

and you'll see the following error:
Warning: setlocale(): Passing locale category name as string is deprecated. Use the LC_* -constants instead. in /home/mferguson/mco/www/modules/Web_Links/wl-viewlink.php on line 138
