Mark,

I would like to suggest a vendor rating system, similar to what we have for dealers.

Thanks,
X2

Even though I have a few qualms about the timing of this request, I think that this is a very good idea. As the number of MCO vendors/sponsors increases (that's a good thing, right?), we all could really use this sort of feedback system. I do realize that it may make some vendors nervous...but hey, it's like eBay. If you can't keep the quality of your customer service high, then the rest of us should know. In the end, it's buyer beware; but at least the buyers would be better informed.

I've had this request before and I think that it is something to consider going forward. Prior to getting this in place I'll need to complete the site migration as well as follow up with our current vendors to get their input on this could be used to help them. I'd like to insure that reviews provide some type of feedback loop that can be used to assist the vendors in addressing concerns and/or kudos that have been posted regarding them. Thanks for the feedback!

Mark
