I'm looking at the dealer ratings for Universal MINI in Los Angeles (what has to be one of the very worst dealers in the nation) and I see they somehow have a two star rating.

This despite the fact that 16 of 20 reviews give them just 1 star. Not to mention that 6 reviews explicity state that even 1 star was too much (the others say things like "Booooooo" or "Stay Away&quot.

Do you think the way overall Dealer Ratings are scored needs a bit of an overhaul? There is certainly no way a dealership that deserves NO STARS should have two, IMO.

Thanks for listening.

Yes it appears that Universal has developed quite a reputation for themselves
