Still too high. You price it at $9500 and I bet someone will bite.
Another issue I see is location. Unless the buyer is from Pittsburgh or Columbus, they will have to travel a long way. You don't see too many MINIs in Wheeling.
Post some pics of the other wheels too. That will help.
Need to see pictures of the engine as well.
Are those cracks in the drivers seat?

I posted it for $12,500 expecting to get beat down to $11,000-11,500.
I dropped it down to $11,000 expecting to get beat down to $10k
I'll keep it or crash it before I sell it for less than $10k.
I figured on this community a picture of S-Lites wouldn't be necessary, but I'll post a picture of them after I strip & polish them this weekend. Also no, there are no cracks in the seat(s). The interior is 9.5/10 condition.

For what it's worth, I've been where you are now. We ordered a brand new Pepper white JCW in 05. In 08 we had a little boy. A 2 door hatchback, acar seat, and mounting bills forced the sale of the car. A subaru wagon is NO substitute. We also had a Disco II. The Disco parts were uber expensive. Fast forward a couple years, and I got extremely lucky - our JCW was for sale on ebay, not too far from us. We were able to buy it back. We are now the original and third owners of the same car. As you know the JCW cars are scarce. Keep it if you can, cause you may not find it again. Just my .02.

I absolutely love Checkmates. My first MINI was an '06 R50 Checkmate. They're pretty rare as it turns out. For me, the two issues are the missing "Flame Spoke" (horseshoe) wheels and the fact that it's not Space Blue with a silver roof.
