Engine from a 2012 R60, timing spot on(see photos), guides in good condition, cam caps good for mileage. runs strong. new oil pan gasket, front crank seal, no noticeable valve stem leaking at idle. 112xxx miles. Comes as seen in photos, nothing more nothing less.Will be a solid replacement for someone needing an N18.
