Your pic is of the wrong kit. The kit in your pic has the variable, remote controlled flap. The kit for sale is the one without the remote flap.

What is the silver rectangle at the bottom of the picture? I already have an Armaspeed, but don't remember anything like that.

Actually It sold a while back I believe this was one of the first units by Arma, and was originally purchased by the previous owner for install instructions and website photo.
