The show will go on, rain or shine .....

Kindly advise if the listed number in your party is accurated. I'd need the number for the final confirmation with the restaurant.

Thank you.

me too, but I have a bone spur on my right heel that makes walking painful. Otherwise, I'd be joining you.
Good to see there seems to be a good turnout.

And my source said it will be only 40% chance of scattered shower. So there will be a good chance that it will be scattered somewhere else, not along our route.

We all know Glenn's reputation with snow, but how is he with rain?

This may determine whether he is allowed in or not.

There are very few things that can be reasonably predicted. The least of these is the weather. If you carry sunscreen and an umbrella, you will have a great day.

Actually, Barbarella is bipolar. During the winter she attracts snow but in the spring and summer she's all sunshine!

So typical fees apply only instead of paying us to stay away from events, you'll now be paying us to attend. We'll keep it at $0.35 per member and tabs will be running.

Glenn

I just wanted to thank everyone of you for coming out and making this run memorable... it was nice seeing the DCMM regulars as well as new faces. I hope that all of you who were on your first run will be back for "MINI more" with the rest of us....

Thank you Chris for another fabulous run.

Edge : We promise not to pick on you since I heard you doing some explaining at the Cozy.

I'll try to post some pics as soon as I can.

Cheers,

Great run, Chris!!!!!!!!!! THANKS so much for organizing it. I had so much fun, I was sad it was over. The run was awesome, the Cozy was oh-so-yummy, and the cherry picking was a blast! It was fun hanging out with everyone at the end, too. Great meeting all the new people! Keep coming!

And HUGE thanks to Mr and MrsMellowYellow for letting me follow you back and taking me on that sample run of yours from the picnic. Now I really know what I missed out on ...wheeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

Christine

Had a great time..very interesting route - I especially liked the "golf cart" path, er I mean road? Chris is a very slow driver , I never lost sight of the car that was two cars behind his!
It took sometime to get use to the "speed alarm" that kept on going off in the cabin of my Clubman, I didn't know until today that they get that load (wife was passenger)!
Enjoy the pictures!
I had a GREAT TIME can not wait till next time...maybe the speed alarm will get use to the "twisties"!?

There is a long "thank you" note.

Thanks to the weather. It is just right now too hot nor too humid, a little breeze just enough to make us comfortable. And most of all, no rain.

Also the traffic wasn't that bad at all, that help keep us stay right on our schedule.

It was a real fun time. I really had a blast, and hopefully, every would enjoy it as well.

Many thanks to Mr & MrsMellowYellow, Wolf617 and Minirab for helping make this run so smooth. Without you guys, I would definitely break last year record of losing 19 MINIs during the run.

This year, I didn't lose any one (I did try multiple time, but you all are so good on keeping up), no wrong turn (Jeff wasn't with us) and the speed was just right (at least for me )

And I'm so glad to have a chance to meet a few new faces. Hope you all have had a good time and I'm looking forward to meet you all again at the future events.

Lastly, I would like to thanks to everyone (28 MINIs, 39 Participants) who came. You all are awesome, without you this event wouldn't happen.

Thanks again and will see you all again....... soon, real soon.

That was quite a large group for this event. How did it work out with so many MINIs ? Did you keep them all in one group or split up into two groups ?

Sounds like a great time was had ! I'll see you all at an event soon, I hope !

Chris didn't lose anybody...

No more teasing Edge...

Jeff went to live with the Amish...

THERE'S NO ONE LEFT TO PICK ON!!!!

To all the new faces:

Please screw up,
have a faux pas,
create a blunder.

We're passing the torch on to you guys.

We need new material!

Great job Chris!

Now I'm going back to eating cherries.
