Upgrading to Sport Suspension

According to the rules, we're allowed to upgrade to any same-year-package so long as we install it in whole. My R56 is without the sport suspension. I'm getting Bilstein shocks in the spring and I'll be going to the sport suspension as well. The front bar can be changed, the shocks can be changed but the springs and rear bar must be of the sport suspension. So can I legally get by with just buying/installing the rear bar and springs? Or do I have to get the entire kit, install it, and then change the parts I desire?

I'm aiming to go to Nationals on '08, assuming school and work don't get in the way. So I don't want to step on any toes to get this car setup properly.
