Hi All,

After a 4 year wait, I ordered my MINI (BRG/b MCS) from Ralph Schomp on Oct 11. Expected arrival date for the 'Don Juan' @ Port Hueneme, CA is Nov 29th.

So my question is, do any of you remember (approximately) how many days it took your MINI to get from Port Hueneme and the VDC to Ralph Schomp?

I would figure you're looking at 3-7 days at the VDC and then another two days transit to Denver, plus another day or 2 for Schomp to do your PDI (pre delivery inspection).

 

The longest 2 weeks of your life! Schomp will surprise you I bet, they will tell you a date and then beat it by a couple of days or so. I guess it makes them feel good.

I work out of state from Monday 'til Friday afternoon. I'm just trying to guesstimate if I'll be able to take delivery on Friday 12/8, Saturday 12/9, Friday 12/15, or Saturday 12/16.

I've visited the 5280 site a few times and look forward to partaking in some of the events!
