Here's an idea. Why doesn't everyone in the Rocky Mountain area post pics of their MINI just for the sake of identifying other MINI's we see on the road.

Here's mine

Yo Dave , Is there anyway you could transfer the pic of Buster that you took at the Yalla Yalla rally to this gig? Its the best one I have seen and I don't have a camera or scanner or the know how to get the dang thing on here. I'm totally computer illiterate???? or whatever that is! I'm doing good to figure out how to turn the blinged thing on and play on this site.
Thanks,Dan

Edited by DiD: to include picture

Boonfly, do this: Right-click on your image and select "properties", copy the address and put [!img] at the each end of it , but without the exclaimation points. Like this:
[!img]http://boonefly.mystarband.net/INDE_pass.jpg[/img!] Remove the exclaimation points, and you're in business! Man that pic is big... Happy Motoring!

Edited by DiD: to remove gigantic pic.

Woops in my attempt to edit the post to include the picture, I deleted Boonefly's post. You'd think after posting this much I would have learned something. Sorry about that Richard.

Anyhow, I saved Richard's pic and uploaded it to the MCO gallery. Here it is in a slighty smaller form

I have a picture I'd like to post, but don't know how - can someone help me? It's a .jpg file, if that helps.

lillydawg: you can go to the member minis gallery and select add photos then in the pop up window, locate the file you want to upload on your hard drive.

Once it's uploaded, shoot me an e-mail and I'll explain the rest.

Toowiley:

welcome to MCO and the Rocky Forum.

You can't link to pictures on your hard drive. they have to be uploaded to the web. To do that, go to the Member MINIs gallery any click add photos in the upper right corner. A pop-up window will appear and you can locate the photo on your hard drive. Then it will upload to the MCO server (it take a little time, so be patient, especially if you are on a dial-up).

Once you get the picture uploaded, it will appear in the member MINIs gallery. Once that is done, send me an e-mail and I'll help you post it. (e-mail address in my signature).

Again, Welcome to MCO.

Dave

scott,

you need to reference the picture itself

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co.../cgb.sized.jpg

not the page that the picture is on

here's that same url in between a couple of image tags

Hi Dave
Enjoyed the drive the other day. Think I need better tires if I'm going to try and keep up with you S'ers. BTW thanks for the pics. I borrowed the one you took of my car for my sig line. But have no idea how to post a larger one in this message.

I have pictures of my new MINI in the gallery I'm just not sure what to do with them from there. They are under Cayenne1 and Cayenne2. I picked her up on Monday night. I will try to get better pictures tomorrow on my day off. I love this car and I am not a car lovin' female! I can't wait to join the next mini occasion.

CSBRGMINI - Can you post a pic of your helmet? That looks pretty wicked, I'd like to see some detail on that bad boy!

Yes it is just a sticker kit on the helmet. I borrowed the helmet for a day and had to return it. Since then I have purchased a solid white Simpson helmet and plan on painting it to match the color scheme of my MINI.
Later,
Brad
