HI,
I wondered in from the Mini5280 page. I found the 5280 site via a sticker on the back of a Mini at the Littleton MINI store.
I am what my username says, a model car builder. I was at the MINI store researching my next project a Cooper S.

Welcome, I am new too and came across this site the same way you did, via a window sticker.
I think I have that exact model, my only problem now is...how to paint it Indy Blue to match my MC. Love to build models, love details....but hate to spray paint the body...always ends up looking bunk
cheers,
jon

Thanks everyone!
I did manage to find pix of the speedster (see edit on my first post).
"Search first, ask questions later" lol
The MC was featured on the Tonight Show last night. In a "truth in Advertising" sketch Jay quipped that Mini had to call the car what it really is "A bumper car"...
