This is a fun run! It will be a similar route as the run we did in 2006 which was written up in the second edition of MC2.

We will meet in Graton (just north of Sebastopol). We will be leaving the downtown area promptly at 9:30am, but if you want to come early for breakfast, plan on eating at the Willow Wood Market and Cafe. Arrive with a full tank of gas purchased in Santa Rosa or Sebastopol. Graton has no gas stations in town although there is one a few miles to the north on SR-116. Bring your camera and two way radio set at 7-21.

The route is under 150 miles,and we will end up at Drakes Bay by 12:30 pm for an hour picnic or deli lunch at Drakes Bay Cafe; with an addition 90 minutes scheduled to walk around Point Reyes... plenty of time to see the lighthouse down close.

For those interested in spending dinner together, the run will end in Novato about 5pm at one of the club's favorite restaurants, Sam's Place; home of great American comfort food.
