Hod do you clean this.?

Does anyone know how to clean the bug screen that pops up when I have the sunroof open. I have only had the car a shot time and its starting to fill up with bugs already? I personally don't see a way of doing this without tearing it or flooding the car with water...

I'm not sure it's intended as a bug screen. I'm only guessing but I think it's intended as a wind 'diffuser' to help eliminate turbulent air inside the cabin when the roof is open. To answer your question; I don't have any idea.

I spray it with window cleaner and use an old t-shirt soaked with window cleaner -- carefully applying pressure on both sides of the screen to prevent tearing.

Would a $10. refrigerator coil brush work? I works great for debuging the radiator.

I took mine out and washed it with a wash mitt and ran hot water over it.

Watch so you don't put a tear in it from small holes due to large bugs. They can start a small hole then pressing on the netting, it can tear.
