Flowmaster Racing Muffler?

Will this flowmaster racing muffler fit my 2014 Paceman? Direct bolt on? Would it pass emissions? Any info would be appreciated!

"The mufflers are designed for racetracks that don’t have dB restrictions."

Not sure where you live but this might be an issue.

First of all, it wouldn't effect your emissions if you don't tamper with the catalytic converters or oxygen sensors. It wouldn't be a direct bolt-on, but you might be able to cut-n-clamp it into place. Anything's possible with a little knowledge, effort and tools.

Is there anything out there in the aftermarket dept. that are direct bolt on as far as performance mufflers for the Paceman?

Kinda difficult question to answer, as the stock system is welded all the way back from the cat. So any 'axle-back' replacement is at the very least going to require cutting away part of the old system.

That being said, the Megan Racing axle-back replacement for the Countryman fits the Paceman perfectly, and it can be either clamped or welded on the stock pipe once the stock muffler is cut off. I've had mine for a little over a year now and I'm very happy with it. Just a little more noise than stock, but not too loud and no annoying drone on the highway. And it is definitely getting more 'toned' with miles.

Before you dump the money on a cat back exhaust system, I would suggest pulling the resonator and adding the exhaust tips you like because the net effect is about the same IMO to achieve your goal.
