Nice. Has anyone driven one? Does it drive like a coupe/clubman, or Countryman?

Wow! Only 36K with that healthy list of options. Impressed. My problem is it is a little shy on interior space for my 100 pound canine buddy.

Congrats to a fellow Paceman owner. Mine is on it's way over now. The wait is driving me nuts.

Anyone order with 226 Sport Suspension no charge option? Miniusa has it listed but the ordering system doesn't list it.

My favorite MA told me that's a boo-boo in the configurator, and the sport suspension is actually standard. Not sure if that's all models or just the All-4.

Yea but be careful, I thought it came standard so I didn't even look at that in the configurator so I didn't select it when ordering. The time I noticed that it said sport suspension delete on the OL it was too late to do anything about it. Now it says it was built with the standard suspension.

Not sure what it's going to have when it arrives.....I couldn't make up my mind which I wanted anyways, I'm just saying, if you order make sure it gets ordered with the suspension you want.

If anyone ordered it with the sport suspension, what does the OL say?

Same thing with me. It was a toss up for me anyways, really dependes on how you look at it, you want less sway on curves or a smoother ride and a bit more ground clearance?

Blazing Red Paceman

Sorry....meant to say awaiting transport, not production.
Anyway, I really think a smoother ride would be great, so standard was probably the best choice for me, even if it was by accident.

Noticed they are now posted on Autotrader for sale....most of them are blue.

The standard suspension really does handle pretty nice. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Did you order roof rails? I did and didn't see it on OL but MA said it is in the system build.

I have not ordered -- yet. Waiting time test drive a manual first, which they won't have for a couple more weeks.

Took a Paceman for a spin today

Went to the dealership and took a Paceman for a spin today (literally spun it around..).

Mine is still awaiting tranport. The car is fun to drive and did not have visibility isues that I was concerned about. The back seat is a little tight, but very adequate.

I am very happy with my decision and I cannot wait to drive my Blazing Red Paceman off the lot!

I went in to final spec my Countryman and do all of the paperwork for the order yesterday and just had to check out the Paceman while I was there. One big plus for me is the door. The door is bigger and it is easier for driver and front passenger to get in and out of than the Countryman.

Negative, never park next to one if you don't want dings in your doors. Not quite as bad as a 70's Monte Carlo but thye are long when opened.

I liked it for me, but to an earlier post I also need to think about my furry firends. They will perfer thier own door and window I can crack in the back seat.

Also it comes in better colors, but in profile it looks too much like the Landrover Evoque's that sat across the street at their sister dealership.
