2011 R60 Countryman S A/C Problem. PLEASE HELP
Well everyone I am stumped. I have not been able to get my AC working and it's been a long hot summer without it. I've checked all the obvious causes. My problem is the compressor is not getting any power. If I hook power directly to the connection prongs it kicks on with no issues. The green light on the snowflake button comes on, all fuses are good, pressure switch was changed, it's been charged. Car was previously in a flood and the FRM / JBE were changed out but i'm not sure if this is related in any way. ANY IDEAS??? Thanks in advance for any input.

So you got all the good parts.
BDC (passenger side footwell), fuse, pressure sensor, compressor. Sounds like you check all that and it's good.
Just to be 100% clear, you've got power on fuse 24, and the fuse is good, but you don't have power on pin 9 of connector x11007, which is just a wire from that to the compressor, so no power at the compressor "should" be the same unless the wire is damaged.
it goes fuse 24, relay k19, wire to pin 1 on the compressor.
There is one more thing that might be screwing you up. There is an evaporator temperature sensor connected to the IHKA (also known as the heater controls). If that's putting out a bogus temperature, it's not going to send a signal to the BDC to tell it to flip the relay to engage the compressor.
You can see it as item 5 in this link.
Evaporator temp sensor
Pin 16 of the 18 pin connector on the back of the heater controls goes to it, and it returns to pin 7 of the same connector, but I'm not sure how you'd measure it. It should be a rheostat, but I don't know what good or bad measurements would be. If it's open, that's probably bad for sure.
Short of a bad relay in the BDC, not sure what else it could be.

Should have mentioned, if you want to check it, there's a kick panel bit just to the right of the gas pedal.
Remove the two screws and take that panel off, and the sensor is right there. Remove the 2 pin connector and it just pulls out.
