rear door release not working

rear door release not working
drivers rear barn door not opening....
handle button switch is functioning. ground delivered to central junction box with button control on handle.
no power coming from CJB on yellow wire to actuator to open door. I sent 12V to actuator on yellow wire with power probe and the actuator opens the door.
seems maybe CJB is bad . any ideas??
