Passenger Side Daytime Running Light wont turn off

Looking for some help on trying to resolve an issue I'm having with one of my daytime running light on the passenger side. I recently changed the turbo about 2 weeks ago (service mode and removed the bumper) and ever since the passenger side daytime running light won’t shut off. Driver side is fine and will turn off and on. I resorted to pulling the light because I was afraid that it would drain my battery (haven't checked to see if it would if I left it in). I've disconnected the battery with the hopes of resetting something in the computer but still doesn't seem to fix it. Has anyone had this issue before? If so, how were you able to fix it?

I once cross wired the horns to the fog lights, but never got them stock lit. I suggest going back and check the plugs. match the plug color and wire colors to the other side.

Thanks MiniToBe. I actually I did that earlier when I was putting the bumper back on. I turned on the ignition and the horn just kept going off. I took the bumper back off and fixed it. Unfortunately, I don't know if that caused something to happen to the plug for the daytime lap.
