2014 countryman wont start

2014 countryman s started having issues with starting about 2 weeks ago.
Insert fob push start button car would crank no start. Push button again it would fire up and run normal.
Then sometimes it would atart first time. And then back to 2 times. Then things escalated. It took 3-4 times. After some searching i ordered plugs and coils. Wifey took the kiddo to ballet and when she tried to leave the car would not start. Had it towed home. Swapped out plugs and coils and nothing. Scanned with odb2 and no codes. Swapped back old coils same issue. Just cranks. No warnings no codes. Definitely getting fuel. Can hear the pump and smell then gas after several cranks.
Any thoughts or suggestions would be great.
No warning from bad keyfob battery or immobilizer. Only 58k.

Battery and starter connection seem fine. Tight. No corrosion or loose wire. Pulled a coil and plug to check for spark. Doesn’t look like im getting spark from old or new plugs amd coils

Well finally got it resolved no thanks to the local mini dealership. Their service advisors and techs had no clue and couldn’t figure it out. My local ford dealership tech looked at it and solvded it in 15 minutes.
Bad fuel relay. It was allowing some fuel but shut down spark cuz it wasn’t allowing enough. Swapped it out fired right up. They even changed my oil and filter for free. Thanks port orchard ford.

Thanks for clarifying. Same ownership as I recall. Glad I didn't buy from them.
