2011 Mini Cooper Countryman sunroof issues
I have a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman that has a sunroof issue that I cannot seem to fix/trace. It sounds like a plastic ball is stuck somewhere and when the windows are rolled down it goes off nonstop. I recorded a video, here is the link:

what happens when you open the sunroof all the way? what happens if you roll the shade screen all the way back?

It doesn't make the noise. Only when the windows are down and the sunroof is shut.

Shade screen doesn't make a difference.
