Best way to charge Countryman battery?

Best way to charge Countryman battery?
I have new 2014 and would like to give battery deep charge.
Uncovering the left engine plastic panel reveals the battery with a red plastic cap I can't remove on the positive terminal.
Any suggestions for alternative method?
Charge thru accessory port/cigarette lighter port?
