For the fifth time in six months, my Sirius radio locked on one channel when I started the car today. In the past it has locked into Sirius Channel 1 and nothing I can do to change it. Tried presets, channel up, categories, everything, but it won't change off the channel until I totally shut the car down and remove key. I can switch over to regular radio with no problems there, but Sirius won't change.

Today it locked onto my number one preset. I switched over to AM and then half hour later the Sirius had no sound at all. After I shut down to fill up gas, it was back to normal.

It seems to be totally random as to when it occurs. I just have the standard radio with HK system. Anybody else have this happen?

two time over the past year. Both time Channel 1. Turn off car and restart fixed the problem.

 

I have this problem and I do not have the HK package. It seems to happen most often on short trips and will not resolve until I turn off the car and remove the key.

I also have a problem with the radio changing from one XM preset to another on its own.
