R60 Just Changed the Oil

Just Changed the Oil
So I recently took my R60 into the dealership cause I lost power and went into low power mode going snowboarding, they did a compression test and told me that I have lost compression on Cylinder 1and 4, but they said that it was still drivable around town. they explained that it would need a rebuild and or new engine. So I took home and decided to put Restorer into my engine with fresh oil and filter. When I was done I went to start it and it wouldn't start, got all sorts of codes P052B,p054B,P05CC,p05CE, P13C0, P13C9. As soon as all of them codes went off, I drained all of the Oil plus the restorer I had put in and then replaced it with fresh to see if that would fix the problem and NO. So I cleaned all intake sensors, Vanos Solenoid's, and Camshaft Sensors and Nothing. I ordered new Vanos Solenoids to replace the others, which were recently replaced as well. Does anyone have any Ideas, just need to get it running so I can get it to a mechanic to get look at and running well so I can sell it and get another one.
Thanks
Thanks

its a 2014 Countryman ALL4 S, 61801, I had my turbo got out driving to Montana from California, and had it replaced in Montana, but I am not sure they cleaned it out properly by flush my engine and getting out all the metal. I used the dealer for a while and for things I cant do. I also have up graded the intake and the intercooler but that is about it .
