I have a 2011 S All4. I'm the 2nd owner of the car and a TON was done.
Previous owner:
Transfer case
HPFP - 3 times (insane)

Me:
Vanos Solenoid (front of engine)
Valve Cover
Timing chain and tensioner
Valve Guide Seals


Needs:
Oil Filter Housing Gasket (just seeping at this point but it will be needed eventually)
Oil pump solenoid (should be covered under extended warranty)


Anything else major that I should be keeping my eye on? It's manual, but I consider clutch to be regular maintenance. If that goes between now and 120k I figure it had a good life .

The wife wants me to sell it because of all the work that was done and being afraid of what might be down the line, but it seems like all the major parts have been sorted, except maybe the housing gasket mentioned. It doesn't seem like an awful job if I have to tackle it.
