Certainly if one lives in a warmer climate, the white roof is a big plus - and in the hot humid NY summers, too. Really, the Countryman is such a great car... It definitely has a different feel from the original new MINI, mostly due to wheel base and being a heavier and in my opinion more comfortable car for a long drive. Still love the original too!

WOW, I remember when mine looked like the CM in the front. I have a second one, but its royal gray. My wife drives that one.
The reason we got the second one is that my wife was a bigger fan of the stock look. The other one got bonnet stripes within 24 hours, and it just went from there.
I got mine! Light tobacco Interior with parallel line seats. Still deciding on stripes, bull bar with lights, maybe new tires (came with EfficientGrip run flats...kinda stiff).
