Trailer Hitch for Countryman

Looking to develop a hitch for the Countryman. Anyone have a new one in Northeast Ohio that would be interested in working with us? Free hitch, drawbar, wiring kit and installation for the person willing to work with us!

Yep, we plan to develop a hitch that allows 1 1/4" hitch mounted devices (including a cargo carrier) to be used.

Still looking!! Anyone in NEOhio area interested?

Hitch was test fitted this weekend. Final design done and certified. Will have them on site for pre sale this week with units shipping about 4/8. Mounts similar to the Clubman, behind the bumper with an access hole behind the license plate.

Why not use the bike rack mounting access?

We are working actually on both options. But, our soon to be released hitch is rated for 2000 lbs. We doubt that that could be acheived with this approach. And, the threads for the tie downs are a custom thread. So, that is taking a little work to recreate. We do have a working prototype bolt in hand. Will keep you all posted. Thanks
