Turbo Issues
Hey guys sorry if I'm in the wrong thread.
I have a 2011 R60 S ALL 4 with a stage 2 tune, Dp, intercooler, colder plugs, and aftermarket air intake and exhaust.
Recently my stock turbo went out at around 100k. So I decided to replace the turbo and retune my ECU to accommodate for the new turbo.
I bought a GTD47 turbo and the install went well. After running the car for about 5 miles or so the turbo seized up and started causing overheating. I managed to get it to spin again and made sure the turbo was properly lubricated.
Omw to work today the turbo whistled up until I hit 12 miles and then I lost boost again. And the half lit engine light turned on
Any tips or suggestions?
Anyone else have these issues?
