So I have installed the JCW exhaust and it sounds great. My question is, since I already have the Aero Kit installed, I used the existing chrome finishers that are parts of the kit.

Does the exhaust sound change if I use the screw on tips that come with the kit, versus just using the existing aero kit pieces? Mini claims they add a deeper exhaust note but that could just be a sales tactic.
