All4 Gearbox and Transfer case: who makes it?

It looks to me like the all4 and the standard FWD models use the same transmission, and the auto and manual just simply bolt on the transfer case and have the awd rear end to convert the countryman to the All4. My question is, who makes this? is it a getrag? midlands? some other company? or is it all internally developed and manufactured. I have tried researching this using google and searching forums to no avail.

Soccerbummer1104 were you attempting to do a transmission swap from automatic to manual on the All4?
