They call it the "discharge" pipe, but I assume this is what you and I both meant. Maybe easier to call it the "hot side" pipe. I have both NM pipes (hot and cold side), but the hot side pipe is the only one you really need. It's pretty easy to swap out. The cold side pipe is a little trickier.
Do you need your car on a lift in order to swap out the "hot side" pipe?

Thanks, man. Got your PM. As it turns out, I broke down and ordered the VIP. I'm hoping it will go well with the Akrapovic. But I do appreciate you thinking of me.

I guess technically no, but jacking the car up does make it a little easier to get the front bumper off. I'm not sure if you can get to that pipe without removing the front bumper. (If so, you will definitely need to jack the car up to get under it.)

i originally was looking at the VIP, but for the all4 it is not a DP back bolt on ... it is for the cms
