Hey Guys, I have a 2013 Roadster and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

On External Sources, I'm able to select AUX but, the internal volume of the AUX Input is stuck at 0. I can select it but, it doesn't move. No mater how I try to increase the volume, it won't budge. Since I've never tried to use it before, I'm not even sure if the port is functional but, I feel like this is possibly a software issue. I'm stumped. I've got the whole thing taken apart right now to check connections and it seems fine.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be much appreciated.

 

UPDATE: I had inadvertently unplugged the optical cables from the back of my head unit.

 

I hate that when it happens to me.
