I've noticed that when I'm using my AUX input with my iPhone and also charging it with the cig lighter, the AUX works for about a minute and then completley goes out and I can only select Radio or CD. AUX is nowhere to be found!!! I thought my AUX might need replacing, but came to this conclusion the other day when I was charging my phone while listening at the same time. I first noticed this on car trips. Has anyone else had this issue or is my Aux input in need of replacing?

It's a common problem. The solution is to use a ground loop isolator such as this. For more information, search the forum for "ground loop isolator".
