Leather seat L to R swap

We've got our Mini since August 2013. It's been doing well but since most of the time the car is driven by one person I'm getting concern of driver's side seat wear.
I've cleaned it this pas weekend and start noticing the leather wear.
Is it possible, and easy enough, to swap the leather cover from one side to the other so the driver's seat isn't the one that gets beat-up all the time. I've already swap the head rest once but that's easy.

We have some MINI yours satellite gray seats (white leather with a black strip in the middle) so I'm guessing they would be pretty hard to replace...
Thx!

Bottom part should work. But on the top, the airbag is on the other side and I believe the leather is pre-slit

That would be better than nothing since the bottom is really the part that is aging.

The seat belt clip will be on the wrong side and won’t work

The bottom has a occupancy sensor on passenger, so even if you swap it you have to swap the sensors, a lot of work.
