Hello Jackson - Goodbye Trinity

Like Wearlaz, I have been making changes to the car family. We have gone from three cars to two overthe last few months and in this transition, Trinity was traded in for Jackson.Jackson is a 2016 F56 S that I custom ordered. Love the new technology, improved interior and 2L engine. I suspect that I will like the engine much more after atune. I originally ordered a JCW but the ride was to harsh for my wife.

I still love R59's but in the car family change, I did get a fun convertible - Carson. Pic's ofthe new family:

Wow! Quite a change! Sorry to see Trinity gone, though. Hope the new owner enjoys it.

At least you're consistent with the colors! I almost went with an F56 a couple years ago, but couldn't resist the look of the Coupe. And I didn't want to wait a year for the JCW model to come out. It's a nice car though, our friend bought one so I've driven hers.

Congrats, hate to see the R59 go also. Sticking with the Gray.

I guess the family is growing

Enjoy the Porche. I'm sure it's a totally different car.
I can't go back to a rear wheel drive though, unless I was wealthier to justify a third car and a 3 car garage to go with it, or we move to a warmer climate, rear wheel drive through the winter really sucks

Enjoy the new MINI as well. I like what they did with the new MINIs for the most part (those lower brake vents still bugs the hell out of me) but ultimately I want that new MINI roadster that do not exist

For those stuck on afterthought looking brake vents (they bug me too and prefer the Cooper face vs the S in this case)... darker colors do hide them somewhat.

On an F5x JCW at least, the JCW Pro splitters really help make the brake vents look a bit less like an afterthought. Not sure if they fit an S.
