With Xpel, be sure to use the conditioner on it or it will yellow slightly. I had this on my garaged Saturn Sky and within 5 years there was a distinct difference in color (on silver paint). I never did use the conditioner though.

I have had 2 Minis and always had the "clear bra" applied. It held up fine on both cars. I saw no yellowing, peeling, etc. I just assumed it was 3M, but I'll ask about the Xpel on the new Mini I've ordered. The clear bra is offered via the Mini dealership and done by a BMW-Mini collision repair center. Quite expensive, though, at $1500.

Yeah, I know, but it's the San Francisco Bay area, where everything is more expensive than other areas of the country, it seems.
